I am sure this has been covered before but I have been off enjoying my M22Ti's for the last six months and now see the Ti's have been replaced by the V2's. Is there a FAQ somewhere that explains the changes.

You've probably got the equivalent of v2s. It was, for the most part in comparison to recent speakers, a name change. The official line is that there was an accumulation of changes over the years, which warranted a new moniker. Those changes included new binding posts (the ones that need the little plastic wrench) and a modified crossover (which I believe went in quite some time before the name change).
