As I'm sitting here in a Marriott hotel room in Bethesda, Maryland, munching on a salad I ordered from room service --all the way across the country from my home in Oakland, California -- I notice how homey it feels with all sites I regularly visit still accessible to me.

Thank goodness for high-speed in-room internet access!

This is going back a while... but its all about the Kenshin! The OVA's are awesome... so much blood, and the splattering noises... and the oh god thats gross! good times... the series was a little wussie though...

while standing in the garage this afternoon, there was a brilliant bolt of lightning (sp), followed by thunder. so i asked..why do we refer to it as "thunder and lightning" if the lightning comes first?? and while we're at it, why do we put on our "shoes and socks"? such philisophical (sp) questions.
