What IF, as real80sman suggested, the 350 moved up to the 500's enclosure but kept it's 200 Watt Amp, that could be upgradeable to the 500's amp at a later date?

This would mean one less enclosure size for Axiom to build and a very easy upgrade path for us customers.

Consider this a pat on the back, now we can wait for reality to set in .

I'm all for this idea.
In the very near future, probably within the year, we will be selling our EP350 and moving up to the EP500. I like the EP350, but it really does fall short of my expectations. I think the EP500 might be what i was really looking for all along.

>>So really are you asking us if we could revisit the EP350 and see if we could boost its performance by adding about $50 to the selling price? That sounds like it might be a good idea.

Exactly. "My" EP400 was always the EP350 in the EP500 enclosure for a lower tune point but otherwise largely unchanged. Positioning-wise, IMO the main midrange HT "sweet spot" is deep bass at moderate volumes at a good price.

I'm actually kinda glad you used EP400 for the "high end small enclosure" product (which looks great by the way !!), now we can use "EP350 V3" for the "EP350 in a bigger box" product
