#160 - 07/11/01 03:18 PM Wall Mounting of M-1?

Q: What is your reccomended method of wall mounting the M-1? I am planning to use a pair as extension speakers in my kitchen, which adjoins my large home theater living room. I already have high quality cable routed through the walls. Placement would be close to the ceiling along a beam, probably horizontal, pointing towards the kitchen. Do you prefer one type of mount standard over another? Would it be a problem if the M-1s only had 1 inch or so clearance from the rear port to the wall? Thanks!

We do not have a preferred mount your M1s, whatever sort of mounting works for your application will be fine. Screws can be but into the M1 cabinet in any location except within 3/4" from a cabinet joint. 1" clearance will work no problem for the rear port.
