My Denon isn't accepting remote signals from any remote, including the factory remote. Very strange. I've replaced batteries, cleaned the front bezel, and tried powering down and unplugging the unit. Anybody have an idea? I've found nothing on Google or in other forums yet.

Maybe try re-setting the amp.

There is a slider button on the remote that moves in small increments to control other devices (TV, DVD, etc). Make sure it is set to the correct setting for the receiver.

Also, check in the receiver menu for a setting to make sure the remote is set on IR, not RF

What Ray really meant was "an MX-700 might solve your problem".

Geez, Ray, you're slipping.

Blame it on the ravages of age.
