I went back to Clara Belle's MySpace page to see if she had any new songs up, and to see if she perhaps had a buy link for the album she'd recorded. I was happy to see that her album WAS now for sale, and when I saw that the CD version was limited to 200 copies, I pounced. I know a couple of you liked her, so if you want a physical copy and not downloads from iTunes, Amazon.com's MP3 Store, Napster, or eMusic, go to her MySpace page and order it for £10. Her "Type of Label" is still "Unsigned," so I don't know when she'll have a wider release. After payment: Thank you so much for buying the album! It was dispatched today so you should receive it shortly.
You own "Album No 124" out of 200! Hope you will enjoy it:) #124 out of 200, so if you want it, I guess you should go for it.

Ha ha, me again, about Marina and the Diamonds again. Watch her perform "Mowgli's Road" on BBC1 (YouTube)I like all of the songs of hers I've heard, but that one may be my favorite.

Roger Waters, Amused to death.
I love both Floyd/Waters and Jeff Beck so I picked this one up yesterday. There is some good stuff on it, but it is not as consistant as the discs Floyd put out.
Interestingly, Beck plays with a real 'Floyd' flavour on this disc.

As with most Floyd-related releases, Amused to Death is best enjoyed in its entirety, alone, in a darkened room.  Under those circumstances, "Floyd" wouldn't likely be the name of the entertainer that I'd first come up with....
