Since the HP Media Server does not come with a monitor or keyboard, it is normally accessible through a supplied software called "Media Server Console" running from your other computers. In order to install "non-officially supported software", you need to access the HP Media Server like if you were physically connected to it. I just ordered a Squeeze Box Duet and the HP MediaSmart Server EX475. I also got a 120 gig I-POD for my truck as a Christmas present. When these new toys show up in a week or so, I’ll start messing with the music files. Before I start, does anyone have any words of wisdom for me?? This is my first go with music files…… I’m a wee bit nervous, seeing how much effort ripping all these CD’s took. I’m not real sure what in the heck is going on, but all the music files that I ripped with EAC show up as I-tunes FLAC files in the External Drive’s explorer folder.
