For all the 3808 owners, the new features are now available and the responses on AVS forum are all positive so far, other than having to re-run Audyssey and some configs needing to be setup again as the settings were lost. I have not done the new feature updates but have re-run Audyssey and have found it to be a marked improvement over anything I have heard from it in the past, much more open and natural sounding, IMO.

yeah, I was wondering the same thing...

I haven't used Audyssey since I reset the 3808 way back during the sub testing stuff and from what I could remember of the way it sounded, I know this update has done something for the better to me, but I could just be imagining things
