Eat Me: The Food and Philosophy of Kenny Shopsin

I'm just flipping through tonight. This food looks like it'll do the job.

I wanted to make the Mac n Cheese Pancakes in this book, but the pancake batter mix I had expired in 2006 and 2005. I'll have to go to the store this week after I pick out some other recipes and decide on what other ingredients I'll need.

Boy, many of you read uplifting, educational stuff. I just read (voraciously, I might add) popular fiction with the occasional biography and/or World War II history thrown in.

Opus: 25 Years of His Sunday Best by Berkeley Breathed

It's been forever since I've read any of his stuff, so it's nice to see it again. I kind of wish he had a comprehensive collection like Bill Watterson had for Calvin and Hobbes.
