I have a Kenwood VR-407 Home Theater receiver rated at 8 ohms of impedance, but your M80 Ti speakers are rated at 4 ohms of impedance. Would my receiver be able to drive these speakers without burning out?

Impedance is all about averages since the impedance varies with frequency. As for whether or not your receiver could run the M80s, it would more than likely work just fine. This being said I would suggest using the M60s because they are an 8 ohm version of the M80s and you will be sure to have no problems.
