RCA's laugh the brand doesn't really matter that much...

if your receiver has XLR outputs i would recommend using the XLR's, ive tried both the RCA and XLR's on my equipment, and i noticed a large difference between the 2, with the XLR there is 0 hiss at the minimum volume setting, with the RCA's there is a small hiss.. the design of the XLR is inherently better than the RCA design.

with that being said, if your receiver doesn't have XLR out, just use the RCA, the hiss i had was not very loud at all, so not a huge deal, i used RCA's for years before i decided to try the XLR's....

speaker wire from the amp to the speakers and coax with rca ends to hook to the receiver.
