This meatloaf was done in the pan. I did a couple others in the past and set them on some heavy duty aluminum foil. I don't think I would attempt just setting one on the grate.

Decided to do a couple of chickens on beer cans tonight. A few hours on the smoker and here is the end product. They were injected with some chicken stock, Extra virgin olive oil and garlic and herb seasoning. Turned out very moist and tasty.

We had the same except I split one in half, love smoked chicken. The WSM does a great job in the cold.

Looks delicious. Thanks for posting pics (especially skin colour), they really help those of us who haven't mastered cooking chickens yet
