Cat should have been more specific- He's planning on having the picture calibrated, not the sound.

You won't hear a difference, Fred. grin

Here's a current view of my living room where I'm making all the changes. Next will be addition of 65 inch tv, then adding wood to the wall for mounting speakers and TV, then TV articulating bracket and TV, then speakers. Need to add some vinyl to the wood in front of the doors.

That paint really hides the blood spatters well.

Purchased TV on Monday at Best Buy.
Was told I would receive a call on Tuesday for approx delivery time.
Tuesday went by, no call.
I called 1-888-BESTBUY and was told order was put on reschedule mode. Person put me on long hold and finally said they couldn't resolve the issue at their end.
Told to call the store at 10:00am (20 minutes from now) to try to resolve the issue there.

I called the store 45 minutes ago, to resolve the issue. They would check into it, then call me back. So, far, no return call.

Is it being done by an ISF certified calibrator?

I can see, how that would, be pretty, annoying.

They never called me back, so, I called them. Here's what I had e-mailed someone else:

Never received my call yesterday to give me approx time of delivery.
Called BB 1-888 number this morning, and was told to contact store.
At 10:00 called store and was told to wait for a call back after they checked it out.
Never received a call back.
I called back and was told the Store sales software doesn't communicate with the delivery software. The order was put on delivery reschedule status and that they couldn't change it from the store.
Truck delivery driver called me and said he can't deliver TV while it's on reschedule status. He said he would try and resolve the issue sometime today and probably deliver the TV tomorrow.

If they don't deliver it tomorrow, I'm going back to Best Buy and cancel the order and get my money back, then order it from Amazon.com.

The Best Buy store can't fix their problem and places you at the mercy of a truck driver? Mercy! (Not the French Merci)
