 ...YEH a x-mas gift from me to me  I just get a nice pair of QS-8V3 Real wood cherry cinnamon from the Auction. Probably will be shipped today ..exactly matching my actual VP180. now my HT is at 5.0 level (certainly a great improvement).  my wife doesn't want i open the box till x-mas. ...next step...figure out an nice placement on my living room & watching for an EP500.

Great buy and I wish I had your patience to wait for things to show up on the auction. I am lucky the VP160 isn't ready to go nor do I have the funds available to buy anything right now anyway.

... guest what... My QS was delivered this morning (2 days sooner as expected !!!) ... my wife wasn't at home ... i carefully open the boxes ( don't say a word) I retape boxes before she arrive.

Sounds like this would be a great story to call into a local morning radio show in Sherbrooke. I know the DJ's here love to tell stories getting husbands in trouble.

Murph, finally i convince my wife to open boxes right away. My argument ? Pre-Xmas boxing day ! and/or Halloween gift  this is marketing !!! I order FMB (full metal bracket) they are on its way, I'll install it in my living room this week-end, just in time to watch horror movies on Halloween eve. The best Horror scene will be when she'll read her credit card bill,i put it on HER card

Yep !! Box opened & installation completed have a look on Wall'O'Fame. I only have to promise doing housecleanning till x-mas for openning boxes sooner than x-mas ... great deals !
