Shaddup, Murph.  You know, I was thinking of you while at a new (to me) restaurant recently. At Dirty Oscar's Annex, the food was cool, but what caught my eye is that they are leaning heavily on purveying moonshine from Carolina. While enjoyable, I thought it inferior to PEI Shine.

Hey Tom, a place that serves "the perfect $10.00 beer dinner" and moonshine? This needs to become a franchise!
PEI didn't repeal prohibition until 1948 so there was lots of time for product development. My Grandad could have been a character on "Boardwalk Empire". Except it would be more like "Wharf Empire".
