I was recomending to a friend the On Wall / In Wall series for a dedicated HT room but then found it seems to be limited to only haveing W22 for the mains. Am I correct in that there are no 60 or 80 series in On Wall / In Wall config?

For that size speaker, there's the in-cabinet variety, which is too deep for regular wall mounting, but good for custom builds. Also, the in wall / on wall design has been discontinued.

Is there a 5.1 config for these with a Sub and QS8's or do you just build it up yourself?

Just build it yourself. There are in-cab subs, too. Be aware of how deep the in-wall towers are.

He went for a std 7.1 Epic 60.500 in the end.

Now there will be a couple of us in Sydney!
