Hello guys. Long time no hear but I'm still here and enjoying my Axiom speakers. Anyway just to let the would be buyers that Axiom has an excellent customer service. I emailed them Friday and told them that one of my speakers is making like a crackling sound and by Tuesday I received a new one via fed ex and no questions asked. Now that's one of the reasons why I bought my axiom. Excellent customer service.

I have returned the Axiom speakers because I was looking for "another sound" (more expensive but still) *BUT* I can say that Axiom has a 5 stars service both on the web and over the phone. This thread should be sticky and should stay on top because not all of us have kept the Axiom but everybody agrees that the level of service of this company is excellent. I also have Vandersteen speakers wich IMO are high end speakers but you can't even send a e-mail to the company...... The only way to speak with somebody is to call but don't even think to have some recommendations...... I hope Axiom is making good profit on their speaker and that they will be able to keep their good service and NO, I don't own Axiom speakers and NO I don't know anybody who works for Axiom.

well, your returns should shorten someone's waiting period for b stock. hope you're happy with you new speakers and provide some type of comparison review.

Well I try to post some pictures of my setup later on. Anyway my speakers were bought last December of 03. I noticed that everytime I turn the volume real high the crackling starts. But now everything is back to normal and thanks to the excellent customer service that axiom has.
