How is this accessed? I don't see an app in the App Store. I have been able to connect and listen through AirPlay using iTunes but I see no way to control the AA, see or edit queues, etc. Essentially the AA is simply acting a wireless speaker for my iTunes account and I know there is a *lot* of untapped functionality in there. I'm taking the unit camping next weekend and I've talked it up as to how my friends can upload songs to it like a jukebox as we listen.

I use an Apple device and I want to be able to see and take control like the Android/PC people seem to be able to do.

On Monday or Tuesday there will be a much expanded version of the manual going online which will help with a lot of what you are asking.

To get to our interface you should take your AxiomAir off of receiving any AirPlay stream, then open a browser, and type in axiomair.local

For your camping trip I would suggest getting high storage USB drive (one of the stubby ones so you can still close the door), load it up with music, and plug it into one of the USB ports on your AxiomAir. When you take your AxiomAir camping the blue LED on the front will be flashing indicating that you are in hotspot mode. Connect to the AxiomAir in your WiFi networks on your phone or tablet, open a browser, and type in axiomair.local. From the interface click on the gear and then on My Music and the USB drive will show up there. You can create playlists if you like from there too.
What about my friends' music on their phones? How do those fit into the queue?

Thanks Ian!

It is the same way. There can be multiple people hooked to the hotspot at the same time. They can either access the AxiomAir interface or push the music on their phones to the AxiomAir over AirPlay or UPnP.
Hi. I'm running a MAC and was able to get the AA to easily play through iTunes. But how do I get it to play online content such as Youtube? Thanks!

Simple! See here:

Now all audio, including system sounds, will be sent to your AxiomAir.

Thanks,

Andrew
Hello,
I just got my AA's, followed the manuals, but can not pull up the web interface. What am I missing?

Hi Lucas,

Is the blue LED on the front of your AxiomAir flashing or solid?
It seems to be working now. I tried accessing the webUI after plugging them in and it didn't work, but the next day when I tried it works. So, not sure what I did or didn't do.
I am finding the connectivity an issue. Last night the one was playing fine. Today it seems a bit hit and miss. And the other one I pulled out will play for about 1 second and cut out.
Hi,

My AxioAir worked perfectly fine till Friday. I had to reset my iphone to factory settings and now when I try to access Axiom AIr, it is asking for the AxiomAir password. Not sure if I gave a password in the begginning when I synced my AA with airplay but is there a way to retrieve it or is there a default password?

Hi Newbie9,

I would suggest that you access the WebUI through a web browser and perform a factory reset on the AxiomAir. This will reset any stored password.

Thanks,

Andrew
Ok, so I had everything working with the 2 AA's I have setup, my computer via iTunes was connecting, playing beautifully. My phone was connecting and working beautifully. Yesterday our power went out and when it came back, I can't play from my computer. I finally got the phone to work yesterday evening, but I still can't play with the computer. When I try to play something, it will play for 2 seconds and then the sound drops out on the speakers, but keeps going on my computers internal speakers. What happened? Both speakers are the ones with the battery in them so the power shouldn't have affected them. Cheers.

Hi Lucas,

I would try turning off your AxiomaAir and all of your devices and computer. Turn on all of your devices and computer first, then boot up the AxiomAir. Make sure that once the AxiomAir boots that it is showing a solid blue LED, indicating that it has reconnected to your network. You should then be up and running again.

Thanks,

Andrew
Whoaaa, that new IOS 10 upgrade threw me for a loop there for abit. I couldn't find the Axiom Air until I realized you have to flip up and then over left.
I can get it to play other content by selecting them as my speakers, but I've found that there is a HUGE lag between the audio and video so I don't bother. Which is too bad cause I'd really like to use them that way.
I'm also having connectivity issues. I've connected 2 of my AA's to my network. 1 seems mostly good. Occasionally it quibbles. But the 2nd one is a huge frustration. I will airplay to it, and it will play for 1 second and cut out. I've tried turning it off and then on again, it doesn't seem to remember the internet conection because every time I turn it on it blinks blue, and I have to connect to it's wifi, tell it which network to join and the password, and then it maybe will work for a bit, but mostly not working. Getting quite frustrated with this. Any ideas?

Hi Lucas,

This seems like something we should go over on the phone as it is a bit bizarre. Can you drop an e-mail or PM to myself or Debbie and we can arrange a good time?
