Happy Birthday, Jason!

The mind boggles at how differently citizens of a foreign country like Canada must celebrate their birthdays than Americans do.

Enjoy your traditions, sure, but be sure to imbibe something worthy of an individual such as you. \:\)

Thanks guys, I took the family camping in the mountains and true to form it snowed 3 inches and was -2C on Saturday morning. It warmed up to a balmy 9 by the afternoon and today wasn't much better. My family bought me one of these for my present and for me to do the cooking on for the weekend. It worked great, even in the snow.

Another Happy Belated Birthday wish.

for what it's worth I'd rather have the snow than the high humidity we are stuck with.

Tell me about it, I ran in the Moon in June 5km last night. This was my first time in a race and actually running 5km outside. Of course, it wasn't a race to me, just something I could tick off the 'ol things to do before I die list...or things that could kill me list ;\)

Good for you, and I think I'm doing good if I manage a 90 minute walk on the RBG trails everyday.

Belated Happy birthday.

I love high humidity and heat, last time out to my sister inlaws in Nelson, BC. it was 40+C and 90% humidity during the day. I went for a 5 and then a 10k run. It hadn't quite reached the 40C mark, I believe it was only 34C at the time, mid morning. Give me heat and humidity any day, my wife and kids....well not so much.

For a minute there, I thought you were gonna say Amie.

I really hope she doesn't read this.

I don't call her Wonder Woman for nothing!

Well, I call her that because she once wore that costume for Halloween, see, and ... that's it.

Another happy belated wish!
