Miss Korea 2013 candidates...
There seems to be something about perfect painted on eyebrows. I spent 2 years in that country, so I can probably see differences more easily than most, but still there are a lot that do look alike.
What I've read is that it's an epidemic of plastic surgery.
Still I'm sure this layout was arranged carefully. I have to wonder if the last and the first next to each other would look as similar as the first and second.
I saw this a little while ago, the plastic surgery idea was quickly debunked. It's just makeup.
Found a while article about it:

There are many facial differences, but there's also a similar "look" thanks to the makeup.
Hey, let's rank our top three like we're judging this contest.
1. row 2, column 5 (in blue)
2. row 4, column 5 (in black)
3. row 1, column 3 (in red)
All but 2 or 3 look like jail bait to me.
Peter, that's really sexist. I'm surprised at you.
"Beauty Pageants" are an antiquated industry that demean women, prioritizing their looks over their intellect.
How sad that men must ogle women in this way!
On the other hand, if we're going to do this, let's make it easier to judge!
It's pretty funny to take my SIG line out of context with the photo above!
Choose three......
A few of these actually do look the same.
They were woken up from the matrix, then cloned.
Since I analysed this extensively, to be more specific than just the poll, I judge as follows: First(by a big margin), No. 9; Second, No. 3; Third, No. 20.
Two out of three of those are correct.
I'll take number 3, 3 times.
