I was definitely referencing it.

By the way, I didn't mean to poke fun. I didn't realize why you were reflecting.

Actually, I've spent the last week pretty much not dealing with it, so this weekend I'll likely be a mess when I'm with the whole family.

Can someone who understands the ramblings at least explain what this guy is trying to communicate? Is he selling something, advocating some brand? I honestly cannot understand the points of any of the posts.

lol, the modulator be longer than troll. they must REFLECT! ban troll.
Posted By: Ken.C Re: To the vinyl fanboy troll - 12/12/08 07:33 PM
That's cause it's gotta be a member screwing around with us. I think his first point was that speakers were all the same at the same price points, then the next was that speakers were all the same, it was the cables that mattered, and now it appears to be that nothing matters as long as you're playing vinyl.

So: to sum up. Bose sounds the same as M80s as long as they cost the same amount of money.

No, speakers don't matter, but you've gotta have Transparent Audio cables (or something)

No, vinyl sounds great on paper cups attached to magnets on strings.
Posted By: terzaghi Re: To the vinyl fanboy troll - 12/12/08 07:47 PM
yeah, that pretty much sums it up.

Here is his first post from 10/2007

They all have had the same writing style and the same "I admit to being new to this yet will insist that I'm smarter than you and have it all figured out" attitude.

I don't think it's another forum member; I think it's the same person who comes back here and there with a new name to push buttons.

Either way, I don't really care....
Posted By: medic8r Re: To the vinyl fanboy troll - 12/12/08 09:24 PM
Yeah, I only want to know if it is a regular pulling a stunt.

Who does that kind of stuff, anyway?
Posted By: EFalardeau Re: To the vinyl fanboy troll - 12/12/08 09:29 PM
With that kind of writing, he's not regular. A good intake of fibers would help a lot.

If you run it through Babelfish from English to Traditional Chinese and back it almost makes sense.

These threads would actually be much more entertaining if everyone tried to speak his language.

That actually is easier to comprehend than the original post.
