New2Axiom as mentioned, click on the Store link at the top, and on that page there is a Factory Outlet link. These speakers are every bit brand new like the regular stock. Axiom's quality control process in manufacturing is very picky, so if a speaker has even a microscopic blemish or nick, off the the FO it goes. Technically, they are the same and have the same warranty. I had a poll awhile back to try to find out how many people take this route, and it appears the majority do. I'm still trying to find what is wrong with my speakers.
