Ain't it the truth! No product is without a problem every now and then. That's not a lot of comfort if you are the one that receives the unit with a problem. However, the true measure of the company is how the problem is handled.
While Axiom isn't the only manufacturer/vendor who has returned customer service to the importance it deserves, none do it better. After so many years of enduring poor service, it is a JOY to deal with companies like Axiom. And, their just reward is the customer loyalty and trust they have earned.
(My heavens, it's a beautiful morning here today. Cold, only 28, but bright sunshine and I can hear a few crazy birds chirping outside my window. I'm a happy man this morning.
