OK - I have had a EP500 sub since the 01/05 so it's a just a hair over 1 year. Anyway, my sub just basically went dead - I had power but no sound - Just as a note, I am not an abusive user, (i.e - blowing out my speakers etc.. in any case, not a likely prospect for axiom speakers anyway). In any case, my speaker was out - I called and Frank (Axiom) told me.. "OK, we'll send out another amp, just replace it and send back the bad one - Postage was paid and I had the new amp (from Ontario to Chicago) on Wednesday (from a Monday AM phone call - I think this is FANTASTIC and RARE in today's eroding customer service environment. I cannot sing their praises enough - GREAT JOB AXIOM~~~ I still LOVE my speakers!
