I assume your using the Subwoofer Pre-Out, and not the one on the left side for multi audio music? If you run a test tone/pink noise from the receiver, do you hear anything from the sub? You want to start with the sub volume at about 11 o'clock with the 350 and turn the sub crossover clockwise all the way. The receiver should be at 80hz as you said. In the receiver is there a menu to make sure you have Sub set to YES?
