I totally agree, I am just a little bit apprehensive in that the shipping would be a fortune if I didn't like them. I got burned with bose, I thought for sure that a $4000 system from bose would be awesome, drove down to dallas, picked them up, hooked them up, calibrated, and then put em back in the box and drove back down to Dallas. Absolute garbage. So from what I have seen these speakers are in a different league, but again I would like to try before I become responsible for return shipping charges. What are some of the speakers you all tried, and are these as good as everyone says they are, are they going to provide an experience? I just got my new 50" panasonic 50px60u plasma and want to match it with really breathtaking sound.
