tonights menu is herb crusted steaks, fresh corn on the cob with lime and red chile butter, a beautiful salad and cherries jubilee. The kids just love it when you flambe' the cherries and it just looks neat at night sitting outside. With the exception of the salad all prepared outdoors on the beast. By the way it's 90+F in South Texas . . . sitting by the pool with a Shiner Bock. Life is good. Stop on by
