The m22's would work well for the rear channels for movies as not much is decoded yet on the rear channel. However, if your receiver has Dolby Pro Logic IIx mode it can expand the left/right signals to the rear channel.

More music the m22's would do a great job, or if your watching a music DVD that is done in 5.1 and your using the PLIIx. The most important thing is that you have the Qs8's on the side, smart choice.
