In December of 2001 I was thinking of new speakers and read the excellent
SoundStage review and NRC measurements on the M22, which led me to the Axiom site which I'd been unaware of before. I posted a few times in the following 2-3 months as "anonymous"(no registration required to post in those days)and in March of 2002 ordered my M22s, which I've found no good reason to change. One humorous post I recall from those days was from a purported M2 listener who claimed that the tweeter not only made his ears bleed but left a metallic taste in his mouth. I suggested that while listening he chew a mint to kill the taste and stuff cotton into his ears to absorb the blood. He was upset at not being taken seriously.
