What I did was calibrate each sub individually with the speakers. Unplugged the others and set one and did the same for the other two--only running one at a time while calibrating. There are probably other ways, but this one worked for me. I have two near the front and left the phase in the 0 position seeing as how they were close to the speakers. The last sub is right next to my chair and I was able to "sit and dial." For those of you with subs away from the seating position, let me tell you, it was bliss.
