So I know this is a little late, but the PS3 from whaty I've read does not have the capability to bitstream any of the HD formats unfortunately, but instead decodes all of them internally, and does not yet support internal DTS-HD MA, although there have been rumors all over of them adding the support. I REALLY had hoped it would be with the 2.20. However, it should be possible, especially with the computing power the PS3 has. It's a hardware factor that prevents the bitstreaming.
