Yeah. Shipping is still a factor, but the VTF-2mk3 with shipping to me is still gonna be ~$140 cheaper than the EP350. I wanted to hear a Paradigm dsp-3100 and dsp-3200 but that dealer didn't have any. They were selling the pdr-10 for $379 (before any haggling) but I wasn't overly impressed with it.
