I can't speak for those other systems, but I am an Axiomite. I would recommend the M2s over other little bookshelves.

I personally wouldn't buy an Axiom sub that is less than the EP350v3. I believe that Axiom has some work to do in those low end subs that they sell. Perhaps check out some other sub makers (SVS, HSU, Rocket X-Sub is a good option)
