It's not available in Canada yet that I am aware.

Strictly technically speaking... Depending on your moral standings, you may be able to use a proxy service based in the US to trick Amazon into thinking you are within their borders. I'm not sure how much effort Amazon puts into detecting and blocking that option.

However you would still need to finagle a paid account, which can be another trick as when you sign up, they may check your location via your credit card or other means.

Also, these proxy services do add some latency to your overall connection and therefore you may experience a poor quality or unreliable service. It seems to be popular for music services but streaming video is much more sensitive. Also, some services are getting smarter at detecting proxy connections. Some services allow it for customers who travel but others might make some efforts to block it.
