Using the word "profiles" in my app search has turned up some choices that I think will work for me. So far, many of them seem like they will also change WiFi mode, screen brightness, GPS mode, etc.... and a whole host of other things I didn't care about. But it DOES seem like they enable you to change notification sounds under that profile.

It all came down to using the word "profile" to both explain what I wanted to do and to provide accurate searches!
