Whip, I'm going to ask something that puzzled me before, but I only commented briefly. You seem to be looking for quality components at modest cost, but with one glaring exception. Why the horrendously expensive receivers? The ones you mention run from about $1,200 to $3,000. This appears to be way out of proportion to the other components that you're considering. Clean power is cheap these days. As I said, I'm puzzled.
