L, sell the girlfriend and you'll be able to get the speakers that you deserve right now.....Okay, that's all the humor you get and as to the model of the speakers, I have the M22s and haven't heard the M3s, but the measurements and listener reports lead me to believe that I wouldn't care for the slightly recessed M3 midrange as much as the very clear M22 presentation. So, get the M22s when possible and QSs later for the surrounds.
