Dharma, I use my M22s in a stereo system for classical music without a sub. I've measured the in-room bass response as usable, although diminished, down to 40hz. This is adequate for nearly all my music(not the organ beginning Also Sprach Zarathustra, though). You didn't mention if you were using your 103s with the KEF Bass Kube; if not, you might also be satisfied with the low bass from the M22s. Consider getting the M22s alone first and seeing if you really want more bass.
If you do, and you're willing to go as high as $600 for the P200, I'd rather consider another list of suspects in that area, such as the Axiom EP350, Hsu VTF-2 and SVS 25-31. Your receiver wouldn't directly matter in that the sub would have its own amp, but if you're going to use your receiver you might want to consider a sub with a filtered output for the M22s, since your receiver would send them a full-range signal with no crossover.
