Ajax, thanks for the compliments, and the rest is funny stuff! Actually, I emailed the "sub-maniac" a week or two ago, and he welcomed me to audition the setup. I think we're only a few miles from each other at the most. Thanks Craigsub. I can't wait to see and hear the setup, especially the EP600.

My last setup was overkill. In the past I've used an AudioControl PCA to crossover and send the signal to either a Soundstream DA-1 amplifier or an Adcom GFA-555, which in turn ran to a custom enclosure I built containing four 12" ported subs (at 2 Ohms stereo). And that was in a much smaller room. It really was a ridiculous setup, and the WAF was ZERO for that box! Now, I plan to go for the beauty over the brawn, although I think I may be pleasantly surprised and receive both at the same time! That's what I'm hoping for. Thanks again.

Randy, you're right, it would be perfect for front projection. However, right now I'm not pushing it . Originally, my wife wanted me to finish off the basement to put the theater down there, but we realized that is a project for many years down the road. That will be my goal, to someday finish a large portion of the basement and make it the official "theater".
