Hi everyone,
I'm looking to set up my home theater system and I'm in the normal unsure phase. I heard the RF-35 setup for the Klipsch speakers and really enjoyed it, however I've heard so many good things about axiom I've been thinking about going with them, (M3's front QS4's sides, VP150 center, and EP350 sub). I just haven't been able to hear the Axiom, anyone have an opinion which is better?? Thanks in advance.

Better is subjective based on the listener.
I can tell you this however, you are talking about two totally different sounding speaker lines!

Totally different speaker lines?? Why do you say that?? Are you saying the axiom line is far better then the RF-35 line or vice versa?? Thanks for your input

No, I'm saying they sound nothing at all alike. Any comparison will come down to your preferred taste not if one is better then the other.

A couple of things:
First of all, Welcome to our Axiom community
The RF-35's are floorstanding speakers, so you can't compare the M3's to them as they are bookshelves. In the Axiom line you would have to look at M50, M60, or M80's to compare with the 35's. I used to like Klipsch a lot, but the Horned tweeter is to harsh on my ears for all types of music and/or home theater movies.
I love the Axioms as I think they reproduce the music/movies with such great detail, you would swear your on stage with the bands.
Depending on where you live, check out the "Auditioning in your Area" thread in the "Hearing Things" forum. There may be an Axiom member in your area that will let you listen...that is what sold me.

I had a Lord of the Rings marathon this past weekend and invited a neighbor who has some Klipsch floor standing speakers (not sure of model or age, but they are less than 3 years old). He was impressed with the sound of my M60s/VP150/QS8s set up. He was not as blown away as some of the other guys that have little "theater in a box" setups from Wal-Mart (not knocking them, to each his own, right?), but he did really like them even over his Klipsch gear.
Funny thing. He was the one who inspired me to get a nice theater setup. I had my old dedicated theater which was sold with our last house, and I said "never again" because our new house didn't lend itself to a dedicated room. I thought that I would end up with little Infinity speakers in my living room since it was already wired for ceiling mounted spakers, meaning small speakers. Anyway, I heard his setup (again Klipsch) and said, "no, I am getting nicer speakers than the little Infinity speakers" which in turn meant I needed a new place to keep them besides my living room, which meant I could get a projector, and the whole thing snowballed from there.
