I just realized that the DIY network has a Home Theater show. I heard a few people talking about it on the boards. Hot damn, Maybe I will have a new favorite show. Set my DVR to record the whole series. Maybe I will learn some things. Is this a good show or not? It comes on at 7pm here so I havent seen it yet.

I don't pay DirecTV the extra $2 so I miss out on the DIY channel. Maybe time to finally give in!

Only $2 for DirecTV? On my Dish I need to pay for the $80 package (or whatever it is) to get DIY over my $40 I pay now. I used to have it a couple years back when we had cable. It is a pretty decent channel!

I used to have DirectTv but had to cancel it when I tried to have the HD Dish installed at my apartment and the hd sat was blocked. I switched to cable and have been with cable for a year now. When we moved I decided to stay with cable. I have Time Warner and I think a total of 18 HD channels. I have my phone, internet, and cable all threw them. I have 1 HD DVR box and 1 HD box plus all the channels. For all that its $200.00 a month. Not a bad deal for all that I get in return.

We do not get the DIY channel due to our cable package either, but here's a link to the show...
