Well I got the upgrade bug, and had to upgrade my Athena micra 6, Onkyo system. I just M22s for up front, VP150 Center, and QS8s for the back running off of a NAD T753. For a sub I will be using a Clarion 700 Watt car audio sub running off of a Dayton home theater plate sub amp from parts express I just hooked up the NAD yesterday, and I was blown away at the difference a good amp makes, and I just can't wait for my Axioms to come in. Does anyone have any advice on using a car sub for HT?? Also if anyone has the same speaker setup can you give me an idea what to expect. I have done some listening to MA silver series, Sinclair audio, Acoustic energy (where did the symbles disapear too??), and the usual big box Infinity, Athena, JBL ext. This is my first system that has a budget over $1600 CAN. I can't wait to hear them!!!!

Ryan, Congrats on your purchase, I'm sure you will love them, others will chime in soon about the setup.

Welcome,
Congrats on the order. I am sure you will have a fine system. The car sub should work fine. Just get an spl meter to dial it all in.

Awesome, you and I almost have the same setup. You will love the NAD T753, it blows the doors on most in its class.
NAD T753, m22, vp150 & m2's

Nice...I am sure a follow-up post is in order, once everything is in, and settled. definately post a review of the M22's...never heard them before...but might have a chance to audition them, sometime soon.
Hope you like the speakers.

I just got my Fed Ex tracking number should be here on Monday I also just got word that my special order Lazy boys will be in either tomorow, or monday I think that I will be in for some long listening sesions. For a couple of weeks I will have to use either an energy 8" sub, or an abstract acoustics 15" monster of a sub. I will have to play around and see what sounds best.
