Thanks fellas, I did a couple searches using the search feature on the forum and nothing came up.
BTW, Elk do fly.....over your vehicle if hit with the front bumper at high speeds.
I almost found that out in Banff this weekend. Banff's so weird that way - you can hit an elk at a stoplight! Hopefully you weren't braking wildly on the trans Canada?

I almost found that out in Banff this weekend. I think in order to make an elk fly, you'd need to be driving a Semi.

One of my favorite images was from a walk through Banff -- an old lady chasing a herd of elk out of her garden with a broom.
