There is no meter activity or sound from one of the channels of my RPA-1. In the manual it states that if there is no sound coming from one or more speakers there may be a internal fuse blown. Is there a way to test if a fuse is blow without taking apart the unit, and secondly how the heck would I blow a fuse in the amp?
Thanks guys

Cam, I don't know how to test for a blown fuse besides taking the unit apart. Nor do I know how it happens. . .
I had a fuse go out on one of my amps. Rather than no sound, I got garbled static out of one tweeter.
Have one of your friends come over with a screwdriver so you guys can check the innards. The hard part may not be diagnosing the bad fuse, but finding a replacement one. Find out what you need from Emotiva.
