New M3s

These are my first ever speakers, and as you can see, I still don't have anything to drive them (working on getting an Onkyo 606).

Adam will find your cabinet familiar. Nice looking setup!

Very nice, indeed.

You may find that the speakers will sound better if they are moved forward so that they are flush with the front of the stand.

Is that some kind of web cam on top of the TV?

They will sound better if he hooks it up to some sort of amplifier. I'm going to follow you around on the boards stalker-style till you check your PMs!

You know.. you can get a $99 Sherwood stereo receiver from Radio Shack which should be fine for two bookshelves.

I'm going to guess it's a PlayStation Eye?

Very clean setup!! I think it will sound better if you move the cabinet back and the TV and speakers forward \:\) ;\)

I notice your 360 is in that tight confined area, have you had any problems with it overheating?

At least you tried! \:\) (I assume this is a joke based on the fact that there is no power to them?) ;\)

By the way, I have the $100 Sherwood receiver mentioned above and it runs my M3s very nicely. There should be no shortcomings using it in your setup either.
