If they're not real, then she needs her money back.

It's not just a breast. It's much more than that. I believe TV networks are relaxing. They're allowing more of this to slip in to mainstream television. Things are changing over time, worse in my opinion. I don't see any reason why she had to have her top taken off. What's the point of showing her breast? Why did she have to do that?

I think I have a fairly good take on this whole situation. Being 23 I am not too far removed from the whole age issue. I wanted to watch R rated movies (They're rated based on what? Nudity?! Go figure!). Shoot, just yesterday the girl carded me because I purchased Open Range at Walmart (she thought I wasn't 18). She checked my license in the computer and everything.

I have nothing against showing kids a breast. But, I am strongly in favor of keeping that decision in the hands of the parent involved. Just because you believe it's alright, doesn't mean my kid (if I had one) would have to be involved with it. I get riled up on many things. I think a reason there is so much violence is people want good entertainment, and that's what they find interesting. I think the news is largely negaive to gain better ratings, which isn't good but what can you do? You're feeding people what keeps them watching the tv closer.

Notice how you can't cuss on the Radio? (Except you can on Satalite Radio, go figure. That doesn't make much sense to me). You don't hear cuss words on this message board, nudity in pictures, etc.?

It comes down to decency in my opinion.

I'm all for leaving it up to the parents. In that respect, yes, showing it on a broadcast television station was wrong.

My big issue is with the amount of uproar this has caused, when images of violence are viewed by people young and old every day on television, and that seems "OK" with everyone. Just seems like peoples priorities on what's important to protect their children from really needs to be looked at.

One last thing, and I'm done. Promise.

If it turns out that CBS knew about this "stunt", and allowed it to go on, I'll be boycotting CBS from here forward. This is the same station that refused to show a policital ad during the 1/2 time show, because it didn't fit in with their political agenda. They used the excuse that it was too controversial. If you've seen the ad, it's one of the most vanilla political ads I've ever seen.

OK...I'm done. Next 'OFF TOPIC' subject...

Re: the un-aired political ad,

At least our kids will have plenty of boobs on TV to entertain them while they pay off GWB's debt....

It is not on public television every week. The last time I watched pokemon they didn't flash boobs at me. The last cartoon did nothing of the sort. Can you imagine them showing nudity in Disney films?

Have you seen european television? They have been doing that stuff for decades. North American attitudes has been quite conservative compared to Europeans. I applaud LA, San Fran, NY, Montreal to take it up a notch. Its just human nature anyways.

Speaking of European TV, their commercials are full of flesh. Here's one that's very tastefully and humorously done. (WARNING!! LINK CONTAINS BOOBS!)

They knew and did it anyway. Janet admitted it was planned.

It's all about the ratings.

Happy Anniversary to me :)

Yep...Roger and I are celebrating 5 years of non-wedded bliss today. Yeah for us.

He lets me do pretty much whatever I want with my stereo equipment...that's a keeper!

Pretty cool! Since you couldn't have a legally/religiously sanctioned ceremony, what event marked day zero for you two?
