Don't temp me with that VP150. I know it would look better. Plus, it would displace those two knick-knacks [evil grin].
Hmmm... the cost of a new VP150 is less than the cost of trading in my M22s and VP100 for new finishes....

Have you emailed Amie about the upgrade offer they have for the new finishes? New finishes on a pair of M22's and a VP100 is definately cheaper than a brand new VP150.

Not so in my case.
I figured out it would cost me about $375 (not including shipping), to trade my M22s and VP100 in for new speakers with custom non-glossy finishes. My M22s were factory outlet, so their trade-in value is lower.

What happened to your pic, Amie? After all of the talk here about subwoofers I was curious to see what you guys were running.

PS2
crappy VHS
"Digital" Cable
Pioneer 656A DVD/DVD-A/CD player
Rotel RSP-1066 processor
Rotel RB-1075 120x5 amp
The view from behind the couch. M22ti's, and VP150. Pikachu is sitting on top of the Hsu VTF-2.
View from the kitchen. From here you can see the god-awful position of my Polk Audio LS f/x surrounds. With any luck at all, they'll be replaced with some QS8's and then put in the rear. The QS8's will of course get mounted on the walls!
The "kids" watching TV. This view is a POV from the M22's stand.

You know sushi would probably say that the wall with the tv looks perfectly suited for a front projection setup.
But that's probably what sushi would say.
I'm just guessing.

Then again, if you don't mind pushing that wall out a bit, you could set up a rear-projected/reflected screen using a mirror array.
