My wife had thrown a water bottle at me but I dodged it and guess what it hit? One of my m80 midranges can you say OUCH.
Well I called Joe and asked if I could order one of the midranges and he said he would still cover that under warranty
even when I told him someone damaged it! Wow I bet no other company would do that. Long live AXIOM!!!!!

Generally, I suggest that selling the wife solves most HT constraint related issues. In this case, the main driver is clearly based on physical danger and quick action is warranted. I might also suggest a discount to speed the process along.

i wish everyone had a warranty like that!
Imagine if car companies had one like that. You crash your car "yeah, thats under warranty" have em send you a brand new one! Something defective being replaced but something damaged from throwing stuff in the house, now thats a new one.

what bigwill said..haha well the story is I hit her on the mouth by accident while we were play fighting and there you go
all hell broke loose. Its not play fighting anymore once they get hurt by accident then after it turns into a smackdown..hehe

Nope I was too traumatized after I seen that bottle bounce off my speaker like that. Its ok now everything looks like new again. So how do I break in just one midrange to match the rest of the system??? hehe

I would too. I go nuts every time my too daughters and three dogs even look or go near my system. I keep thinking of the speaker displays at Best Buy..I don't know how they can actually sell their speakers. Yikes!
Axiom is no doubt the best customer service I've actually had to deal with. I'm glad you also know what I mean here.
