I say you guys bring the NASCAR movie back. That thing was amazing!
I can't wait to catch Polar Express now, too.

Nascar is still playing in quite a few theatres. We've just revamped our website, and it's much easier to navigate now. It's especially easier to find what's playing now. Take a peek. www.imax.com

What do you mean by every record? It would not be the longest movie, because I believe Matrix Reloaded got that honor. It is I am sure longest 3D movie.
I wonder how it will compare to the Digital Projection version. That is probably like comparing apples to oranges though. Too bad there are no DLP IMAX projectors yet. Get on that Spiff!

Are you crazy?? Do you know how much data each IMAX frame takes up digitally? That would need some massive storage.
On the other hand, terabytes are getting cheaper and cheaper...

The Polar Express, since it's 3D is FAR more film than either Matrix movie.
IMAX DLP...no comment.
btw...The Polar Express data comes in at nearly 8 terabytes.

OK...
The answer is it depends on which theatre you visit. Our local theatre (The Bridge) will only have one size. But they are the same ones we use here at work, and fit very easily over regular glasses (I wear glasses, so I know). They'd likely work for kids as well, they'd just be really big.
Some other theatres will have three different sizes.
