Hello every one.
I am looking at the QS8. Do you see any problems with them hanging from the celling via a OMNIMOUNT? (I allready own a pair of mounts)
Are the back of the speakers OMNI friendly? Keyhole mount or direct to the OMNI rod. I have no side walls I can use. The celling is allready wired.
Any other issues to keep in mind with hanging them instead of a flush mount.

I know that a few people have ceiling mounted their QS8's with brackets and then "lean them forward" so that the top firing speaker is allowed to bounce it's sound off of the ceiling. I don't have my QS8's yet (should be here next Tuesday), but I will be mounting mine on my back wall because I have no usable side walls either.
Good luck. Wish I could help out with the OMNIMOUNT compatability...

I knew before I bought my QS4s that I would have to fly them, and I've had no problems. But I deliberately decided against the QS8s because they weigh so much.
